since it’s all about dreaming i’m wishing for a west village apartment- why not? everybody needs a downtown apartment in manhattan.

my wish would be to have a place just like francisco costa’s, the very talented designer at calvin klein. the nyc apartment was designed by one of my favorite designers mark cunningham (mark’s store in San Francisco, march, is one of my go too’s). the look is cool, sophisticated, a little dramatic and a lot sexy!

grey, grey, grey! love the shades of grey with burnish brass accents, fabulous eclectic art, black pops and the most fantastic mix of contemporary furnishings- simple, warm, layered, textured, timeless! refined luxury- that’s my wish!

  1. Hi mark, thank’s for the post. all of the architecture was Designed and build by pomasteven. 95% of the interior was designed and buIld by pomasteven.

Mark was very helpful with advise on the interior as it was being developed and we were very happy at the end to have him partner with pOmasteven to complete francisco’s apartment. -a

  2. Loved this article , I remember Francisco called it a gray/green.. I wonder if the paint is Stone White by Farrow and Ball? If he used Benjamin Moore it looks like Gray Owl. I love it the whole apartment is clean and sharp..not fussy! Great Post.

  3. I am in LOVE!! I, too would love to know the color of the first room.
Every room is pure perfection. Big sigh!!
