the setting for our first glimpse of spring is the ritz paris which is closing it’s doors for renovation soon. the ritz paris has long been the place where everyone would gather during couture weeks and now it is finally getting the face lift it deserves.

the ritz paris was home to coco chanel for 30 years. today the chanel suite is still maintained with its large lacquered coromandel screen- one of my favorite rooms of all time! the ritz paris was the last place princess diana was before her untimely death in 1997- one of the worst moments of all time!

spring is always about new beginnings and fresh starts- a renovation and restoration of sorts! hello sunshine and flowers, hello color and beauty- we welcome you! spring is here! and ps- kate still has it!
