one of the first coffee table books i ever remember getting was in 1992- pools, by kelly klein- a favorite then, a favorite now- perfect for sunday book club!

1992 was quite a long time ago. if my memory serves me right, this book was the beginning of my book collecting sickness. the size, the bright cover, the content- perfect displayed on a table! i thought i was so cool! plus i had a huge crush on kelly klein, at the time calvin klein’s gorgeous wife- so all- american, so chic, so elegant, so perfect- so everything! kelly- a favorite then, a favorite now!

this particular book has moved with me from apartment to apartment, from house to house- a very long and enduring friendship has been created! and who doesn’t love a pool? especially this time of year when weekends are centered around the pool, summertime means pool-time, pool-time means good times- good times are the best of times!
