trust me it has not been easy to come up with an unbiased post on election day. if your home is like our home the election is a constant conversation, more like an obsession. i finally realized i was over-thinking the topic of this post, all i needed to do was go back to another of my favorite conversations- jackie and john.

one of my favorite topics is jackie, yes, simply jackie- style, elegance, beauty and grace refined. and then there is president john fitzgerald kennedy- class, vision and substance defined. i’ve done separate posts on each of them, however, i realized in the midst of my over-thinking that their years together was the best tribute to this very important day in our history.

in the midst of political conversations a quote by president kennedy that is often repeated by my partner michael is, “my fellow americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” Start with voting- it’s an honor, our responsibility, a chance to make a difference!
