throughout the week i save pictures here and there of ladies i think are best dressed. friday night, sometimes saturday mornings, i edit the pictures to create my weekly best dressed list. sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s not, however, this week was a delight because all of the choices were in black and white!

to the list- actress marion cotillard looking gorgeous several times in dior– black and white dior! actresses olivia wilde and julianne moore both in spring 2013 calvin klein– both in black and white! then there is this week’s best dressed lady, kristen stewart, in black and white balenciaga. to be honest, i’m not a huge fan of kristen, i think she is a little dirty and often times looks messy, but i am a fan of nicolas ghesquière and his wonderful spring 2013 collection for balenciaga.

if you haven’t heard, nicolas is leaving balenciaga after 15 years! i’m anxious for details and can’t wait to see where he lands.

in the meantime, considering this week’s week of chic best dressed list, i’m thinking it’s time for another black and white ball, or how about settling for just having a ball anytime in black and white?! enjoy!
