i think by now all of you know how much i love vogue- american vogue that it is. i’m also a big fan of paris vogue (better known as french vogue)- the other vogue! and yes, i can read french!

there are many reasons i love french vogue. first, they love stripes, chambray, biker jackets, denim and military jackets as much as i do! they always make basics, essentials and my favorite things look super sexy and super chic- the french way!

then you have the french editors. i think i was one in another life- i love their style! it’s very androgynous, tomboy chic is the best way to describe it i guess. everything is so paired down, however, so glamorous, elegant and sophisticated. always in my favorite things with the right shoe, usually no bag, which is interesting, a chic watch and something unexpected thrown in- they define the french way!

lastly, i love the magazine because it pushes boundaries. there is an overt sexiness to it all that somehow feels appropriate. the models, the women featured and the editors seem strong, focused, confident and yes, sexy! i love the french way!

ironically many of the covers i’m featuring in the post have cover girls that were also on my stunning list earlier this week. coincidence? i don’t think so!
