with all this talk about christmas and gifts, and most recently the color red, i can’t help but discuss master designer valentino: master of couture.

last year around this time i did several posts on the gifts of valentino. one being the introduction of the new Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum. a museum that can be downloaded so you can experience his past collections, along with his sketches, advertisement campaigns, editorials, videos of his fashion shows, as well as, unforgettable red carpet moments- amazing!

after a year the Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum has been updated with a new browser and a new home page with expansive valentino news, enter museum here. all this coincided with the exhibit Valentino: Master of Couture at Somerset House in London which runs November 29, 2012 through March 3, 2013. for those of us who won’t be able to make it to london for the exhibit you can see a preview here- really amazing!

Fridays are all about favorites, my friday favorites, and literally i can’t think of a better one than the Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum, even better since it’s updated. Whenever i need to feel inspired or literally just want to see beautiful things i enter the museum and it’s so easy, i don’t even have to leave home- absolutely amazing!
