Last month, we had the pleasure of presenting our work at the WOW!House, a showroom held in the magestic Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour in London. It was a true honor to be included as one of the eighteen interior designers from around the world whose work was showcased in collaboration with globally recognized design brands and suppliers. Each room was absolutely stunning!

For our first showhouse in Europe, we drew inspiration from the rooms of Renzo Mongiardino as well as Lee Radziwill's home in London. But inspiration also came from the indoor-outdoor lifestyle of our beloved California, and we wanted to turn the entryway (a usually very traditional space) into a fresh and innovative "Room with a View." This was made possible by the centerpiece of the whole room, the stunning custom hand-painted Iksel wallpaper that adorned the walls. We decided not to use any art in the space and let the beautiful landscape evoke the feeling of being on a pergola or veranda.

We were so thrilled to work with Iksel at the momentous WOW!House. They were a tremendous partner and we had an amazing time designing the space and experiencing the showroom together. They also provided three different fabrics — one paisley and two stripes — which we used for the chairs, pouf, and tenting. We used Houlés trims, lighting by Jamb, and sourced furniture from Brownrigg and Moissonnier to complete the space. Though fairly simple, our "Room with a View" still brought all the drama to our very first showhouse abroad. We hope you enjoy the space as much as we did!
