This project is featured in the 'October' chapter of my latest book, FOREVER BEAUTIFUL. When I think of October, I envision a palette steeped in rich, luxurious neutrals - deep chocolate browns that evoke the beauty of falling leaves, complemented by warm camel tones and soft ivory accents - all highlighted with touches of brass. This color palette we used throughout the home, largely inspired by the surrounding serene fall landscape and the vibrant hues of changing oak and maple leaves, perfectly captures the essence of the autumn season and our theme for the month - MDS Timeless Neutrals.

When designing the interiors, we aimed to honor the estate's grandeur while also ensuring it felt fresh and inviting for its new owners. The home's exterior, with its majestic trees, lush lawn, and elegant columns, served as a captivating backdrop that inspired our creative vision.

Inside, we incorporated a diverse mix of collectibles that ranged from French antiques to unique vintage finds from the 1970s. A recurring Greek key motif that we used throughout the home added a touch of timeless elegance, striking a balance between classic sophistication and modern freshness, which were essential elements of our overall design vision.
