What a joy it was to work on this home in Portola Valley, California that was celebrated in ELLE Decor's Great American Design Issue. The family home was originally built over 25 years ago, and after a fire we helped with a renovation and a complete decorating adventure. This project was such a labor of love. We worked with our wonderful clients and Kathy Scott of Walker Warner Architects on this renovation. The interiors were inspired by the breathtaking gardens designed over the years by the brilliant Janell Hobart of Denler Hobart Gardens. The house is magic, but the gardens are the true appeal and the inspiration (they need their own issue!).
